At Platinum Lockz Hair Extensions & Supplies, we're dedicated to ensuring you love your hair as much as we do. Here are a few important points to keep in mind when returning or exchanging your hair:

- All returns must be pre-authorized by Platinum Lockz Hair Extensions & Supplies within 14 days of delivery. Simply complete the returns form at the bottom of this page or email us at info@platinumlockz.com.au to begin the process.
- Please ensure the hair extensions are in their original, brand-new condition with the accompanying proof of purchase. Any orders returned without meeting these criteria will be at the customer's expense, and no credit will be issued.
- To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
1. Check that your product is in its original packaging and unopened.
2. Fill out the returns form or email us for a credit or exchange.
3. Wait for an email from Platinum Lockz with the return authority number.
4. Post the product back to our Head Office at 93 Transmission Street, Mount Isa QLD 4825.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to exchange or issue an in-store credit for unopened and unused hair extensions.
- Once your exchange or refund is posted, our Head Office will contact you to inform you of the progress.
- Products deemed faulty or not in compliance with our guarantee will be refunded within 7 business days, while exchanges or credit notes will be processed within the same timeframe.

At Platinum Lockz Hair Extensions & Supplies, we guarantee the high-grade professional quality of our products. However, this guarantee does not apply if the products are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow our care instructions.

For maintenance and care, we highly recommend using our specially-formulated Haircare products designed for use with our hair extensions. Using other products is at the customer's own risk.

If you've received an incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the mistake.
